up side down forks any one fitted any on fzr250 if so what bike did they come off and did u have to fit new yokes

I believe that it's possible to take the forks from a TZR250.
As for which model and the extent of the modifications required, i'm honestly not sure. It shouldn't be too difficult even if it does require milling out the triple clamps.

Sorry if its bin a while and no longer interested in forks for your bike. Just thought id suggest the ZXR250 front end. I got a complete front end from a wrecker for $700 and just needed new bearings (from ebay). Bolted straight up no worries and even improved the geometry.
